Translucent Roller Blinds

Translucent or light filtering blinds are very popular where privacy is required but the room does not need to be darkened and are particularly well suited to bathrooms and ensuites where natural light is required.

Some fabrics have a particular weave or pattern, the translucent roller blind will show them off during daylight hours. At night under a soft internal light a translucent roller blind will be equally effective as a blockout roller blind.

Translucent roller blinds can be paired with a sunscreen roller blind so as to create a double roller blind with very good thermal properties and insulation factors.

Translucent roller blinds are easy to motorise and that they can be operated from a remote controller, a phone app or a full home automation system such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple and Control 4.
